What is the smallest hole you can make with injection molding?
Assuming the material is plastic.
That is an interesting question. I don’t know the answer, but I do know there are a number of variables involved, a big one is how thick the section the hole is in, then the shape of the hole, a tapered hole could be smaller on the small end that a parallel sided hole the same length. The resin used will have some impact, as will the production needed and how much die maintenance you can afford. I suspect, the "smallest" is pretty small, I wouldn’t be surprised if, in a thin section in a die run rather slowly with a very fluid resin, 0.001" or 0.02mm could be had at the small end of a tapered hole.

what plastic can be injection molded and has the same density as pure methyl alcohol?
chemistry or engineering category.
Are you talking about vapor density or do you mean the specific gravity?
Another determining factor would the application for this plastic. Off the top of my head I can’t quote you any special types of plastics. All of my reference books are at work. But plastic isn’t all the same. Do you need a crystalline or amorphous plastic for your application? Will it be coming in contact with chemicals, heat, etc.
